    Why did you start this company?

    In 1983, we were stuck in a recession. Job opportunities were scarce. So I decided that the solution was to create my own opportunities. I got on the phone and started contacting businesses, offering my services.

    The rest, as they say, is history! I continued to gain experience in different industries and using different marketing techniques, honing my skills while becoming very well-versed in the nuances and challenges of a number of different industries.

    what makes your company different?

    My point of differentiation is that I work hard to help business owners understand that marketing success doesn't just happen - it requires thoughtful planning and execution, and appropriate ways to measure results.

    Too often, business owners react to marketing offers "guaranteed" to give them results. But without understanding the need to develop an actual strategy, including timelines and budgets, they can most likely expect very little ROI. As a result, the marketing industry has taken a hit and has a very poor reputation.

    My goal is to help educate business owners and help them to understand that simply buying into the latest shiny object is not going to deliver them the results they are looking for.
